Job Description

Main duties and responsibilities

  1. According to the strategic direction of the structure (recruitment, payroll, mobility, career management...).
  2. Design and establish HR management policies and drive HR actions.
  3. Drive HR actions (working conditions, change management, quality systems ......) .
  4. Analyze the requirements of each department (employment, recruitment, mobility, training ......) , then implement the HR action plan with the support of the team, while working with the General Manager and the relevant managers to meet deadlines and budgets.
  5. Organize the administrative follow-up of training and recruitment operations.
  6. Develop procedures and help in the development of employee follow up and employee management support.
  7. Advise and accompany managers on HR and management issues.
  8. Design and supervise the administration of employees (personal files, payroll data ......) , and work with payroll and employee management officials and accounting firms that handle company payroll.

Preferred Experience

  1. Knowledge of HR processes (training, recruiting, payroll, etc.)
  2. Flexibility in all areas of HR management.
  3. Knowledge of social and employment legislation.
  4. Ability to define strategic and operational priorities and find solutions to build action Plan.
  5. Strong communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
  6. Fluent in English and French.
